Programs

For executives and those on their way to the C-suite, leading people, projects, and organizations is exciting as well as exasperating. We make leadership communication effortless through 1:1 coaching with a laser-like focus on the elimination of problems and identification of opportunities.

Executive coaching engagements of six, nine, and twelve month periods are available.

Each program includes:

  • Two 60-90 meetings each month
  • Leader assessment questionnaire
  • MBTI® Step II and Emotional Intelligence Appraisal™ assessments (additional assessments are available)
  • Interview of five+ stakeholders
  • Observation of client at client site
  • Coach’s preparation of notes and action steps, after each meeting
  • Coach available for brief email and phone check-ins between meetings
  • Mid-engagement meeting with client and executive sponsor, if applicable
  • End of engagement meeting with client and executive sponsor, if applicable
  • Two and four months after each engagement ends, a check-in meeting, to discuss progress and address any hurdles
  • Books and articles
  • Additional assessments (e.g., Lominger VOICES 360°, CCL’s Benchmarks, and CPI 260®) are available. Please review our list.
